1. Regional Executive – CAD (VP)
Reporting To:
Divisional Head – Credit Administration (CAD)
Educational / Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC recognized university.
- Candidates with Master’s degree or professional certifications will be preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 08 years of banking experience, including 03 years in Credit Administration or Credit Operations within Corporate or Commercial Banking.
Required Skills / Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of commercial financing and credit administration.
- Experience in reviewing legal documentation and pledge operations.
- Exposure to collateral monitoring and risk reporting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issue Disbursement Authorization Certificates (DACs) for commercial accounts after verifying documentation.
- Ensure proper execution of loan agreements, security documents, and charge creation.
- Verify insurance coverage and pledged stock margins before disbursement.
- Conduct surprise inspections of pledged sites and compare with branch records.

- Minimum 03 years of banking experience, including 02 years in Credit Administration, Loan Processing, Commercial Banking, SME Banking, or Banking Operations.

- Experience in collateral monitoring and risk reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Scrutinize Sanction Advice / Facility Offer Letters according to the Credit Approval Authority Booklet (CAAB).
- Assist in preparing standard documentation for corporate, commercial, SME, and agriculture accounts.
- Prepare Disbursement Authorization Certificates (DACs).
- Supervise registration of charge with SECP via BLA.
- Assist in inspection of pledged stock sites and coordinate outsourced inspections.
- Review inspection and valuation reports.
- Enter facility details in the system including collateral and insurance data.
- Prepare and submit CAD-related MIS reports.
- Monitor insurance expiry, limit expiry, excess over limit adjustments, and deferred documentation.
