How to Apply for latest Shaikh Zyed Hospital Jobs?
- Both Male/Female applicants having Domicile of Province of Punjab can apply.
- Appointments shall be made on Contract Basis under the “Contract Appointment Policy 2004 (amended till date) initially for a period of 03 years extendable subject to good performance.
- In case of ‘O’ and ‘A’ Level, equivalence certificate must also be submitted.
- Special Persons Differently able persons) shall attach proof of registration from Social Welfare Department along with Disability Certificate
- Applicants must present original documents at the time of Interview.
- The age and experience of the candidate will be calculated on the last date of submission of application.
- Age relaxation in upper age limit shall be dealt as per Government of the Punjab S&GAD Notification & Recruitment Policy, 2022.
- Quotas shall be observed as per recruitment Policy 2022.
- Recruitment shall be made strictly on merit in accordance with the “The Contract appointment policy, 2004 Recruitment Policy, 2022 & instruction issued from time to time by the Government of the Punjab.
- In case a candidate wishes to apply for more than one posts, he/she must have to submit separate application form for each post.
- Candidates already in Government service should apply through proper channel. Only the degree issued by the university/institute recognized by the HEC or reputed foreign university with HEC equivalence, will be considered.
- The degree program must be HEC recognized on or before closing date of the advertisement.
- Submission of fake documents or concealment of any fact will lead to dis-qualification of the candidate at any stage of recruitment process or during service.
- Complete original documents along with a set of attested photocopies will be
provided by the shortlisted applicants at the time of interview. - Candidates will bring all the degrees attested by HEC at the time of interview, otherwise, he/she would not be allowed to appear in interview.
- Department reserves the right to cancel, increase or decrease the number of posts at any level without assigning any reason.
- No TA/DA will be allowed for appearance in any test or interview.
- Candidates are advised in their own interest to make sure before applying that they fulfill the eligibility criterion under the specific rules relating to the posts as mentioned above.
- Candidates shall have at least 50% marks in NTS to pass the test.
- However, shortlisting for interview will be done as per criteria defined by the Department.
- Shortlisted candidates after passing NTS tests will be called for Interview and informed accordingly.
- Candidates can apply through NTS within the 15 days after issuance of this advertisement.
- Candidate shall apply online by visiting National Testing Service (NTS) website (www.nts.org.pk)
- Candidates shall submit duly filled in Application form (online), along with deposit slip of prescribed fee in favor of National Testing Service, Copy of CNIC and two recent passport size photographs along with all relevant documents (educational and experience certificates) are to be sent directly to NTS through courier on the address mentioned on Application Form.
