- Job Application forms along with advertisement and Employment Verification Proforma (EVP) can be downloaded from UOG’s website (www.uog.edu.pk).
- Application forms updated 01-01-2023 and older will not be accepted.
- The applicants must submit 03 (three) sets for all Assistant posts and one set for each post which must contain UOG Application Form, attested copies of the Degrees & both DMCs (Detail Marks Certificates), CNIC, Domicile, experience certificates, NOC (for those already in service), Equivalence Certificate (if needed) and original Demand Draft/Pay Order/Bank Receipt.Foreign degree holders must provide an equivalence certificate issued by HEC/IBCC.The applicants must attach the original Bank Draft/Pay Order/Deposit Slip of Rs. 1200/- (for BPS-17), Rs. 1000/- (for BPS-16), Rs. 700/- (for BPS-11 to BPS-15), Rs. 500/- (for BPS-05 to BPS-10) and Rs. 300/- (for BPS-02 to BPS-04) in favor of “Treasurer University of Gujrat” payable at Bank of Punjab.
- Applications without original Demand Draft/Pay Order/Deposit Slip will not be entertained.
- The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or not to fill any post without assigning any reason.
- Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
- If a candidate is applying for more than one post, a separate application must be submitted along with other documents.
