1. Procurement Officer
Qualifications:
- MBA (Supply Chain Management) from a reputable university.
- Certification in Supply Chain/Procurement/Project Management will be an added advantage.
- 3-4 years of working experience in procurement & maintenance. Preference for candidates with experience in reputable hospitals.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/Inventory Software is a must.
- Knowledge of Procurement Cycle, Vendor Contracts, SLAs, AMCs, and Applicable Taxes.
- Experience in imports and custom clearance is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and digital tools.
2. Procurement Assistant
Qualifications:
- Graduate, preferably B.Com, with proficiency in MS Excel, email, and internet.
- At least 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Adequate negotiation skills.
- Ability to correspond on routine official matters.
- Knowledge of standard procurement procedures is an advantage.
Age Limits:
- Procurement Officer: Preferably under 40 years.
- Procurement Assistant: Preferably under 30 years.
