Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Minimum Educational Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least one of the following:
- Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution or equivalent foreign qualification.
- Member of a recognized accountancy body.
- FCII/ACII qualification.
- Associate or Fellow Membership of the Institute of Actuaries (UK), Society of Actuaries (US), or equivalent as recognized by Pakistan Society of Actuaries.
- Master’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, or Actuarial Sciences from an HEC-recognized institution.
Minimum Experience:
At least 10 years of significant experience in one or more of the following:
- Governance, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field in a reputed commercial organization.
- As CEO or Senior Management in a commercial entity.
- As a Department Head or Governing Body Member in a professional organization.
