  • Qualification: MBA/MS (Marketing/Finance/Project Management).
  • Additional qualification in Project Management preferred.
  • Minimum 16 years of education (HEC recognized).
  • Experience:
    • At least 12 years’ experience in project management.
    • Knowledge of PPP (Public Private Partnership) projects preferred.
    • Expertise in business strategy development, marketing, portfolio management, investment performance analytics, financial analysis.
    • Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera & MS Office.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.

Deputy Director (Monitoring-I) (PPS-09) – 01 Post

  • Qualification: BE (Civil Engineering) or related discipline.
  • Additional qualification in Project Management preferred.
  • Minimum 16 years of education (PEC/HEC recognized).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience with at least 2 years in managing/monitoring & evaluation of development projects.
    • Preference for candidates with infrastructure development projects experience.
    • Proficiency in monitoring & evaluation software, MS Project/Primavera & MS Office.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 45 years.

Deputy Director (Financial Analyst) (PPS-09) – 01 Post

  • Qualification: MS (Finance)/MSc (Economics)/ACCA/CA or equivalent.
  • Minimum 16 years of education (HEC recognized).
  • Experience:
    • At least 7 years’ post-qualification experience including 2 years in financial modeling & analysis of projects.
    • Preference for candidates with experience in business analysis software and financial modeling tools.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.

All posts are purely contract-based for two (02) years or until project completion (whichever is earlier).

Contracts are extendable on satisfactory performance until project completion.

Candidates may be posted anywhere in Pakistan as per administrative needs.

Degrees must be from HEC/PEC recognized institutions.

Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous employees must apply through proper channel with departmental NOC.

Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted.

Applications with forged/false documents will result in cancellation and prosecution.
