Terms and Conditions
1. General Disqualifications & Verification
- Applications other than Online will not be accepted by the University.
- Contributory Pension Scheme shall be applied in case of initial/direct appointment.
- The onus/responsibility of correctness of data given in the online application form rests entirely on the candidate.
- Foreign qualified candidates must attach equivalence certificates of foreign degrees issued by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
2. Age Limits & Relaxations
- Age Limit for Non-Teaching / Administrative Positions: No person who is less than 18 years and more than 35 years shall be appointed to a post by initial recruitment/direct recruitment, to be reckoned as on the last date of advertisement. Relaxation in the upper age limit will be conceded as per government rules.
3. Quota Allocations
- 3% quota is reserved for disabled persons, 5% quota for Minorities (Non-Muslims), and 15% quota for women. Transgender candidates can apply if eligible for the post applied for.
4. No Objection Certificate (NOC)
- Candidates already working in government, semi-government, or autonomous organizations should apply through proper channels and submit a proper NOC issued by the competent authority by the due date. The Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs) grading for the last five years may also be recorded in the forwarding letter.
5. Shortlisting & Appointment Rights
- Applications will be short-listed according to the University-prescribed criteria.
- The University has the right to increase or decrease the number of posts.
- The University reserves the right not to fill any post or withhold appointment against any post without assigning any reason.
