- Qualification: Master’s in Civil Engineering or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university; Registered Professional Engineer with Pakistan Engineering Council.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years with Bachelor’s or 10 years with Master’s. Must include supervision of development projects—preferably in Heritage Management, Conservation of Historical Monuments, and Archaeological sites.
