1. Officer – Digital Fraud & Risk Monitoring (OG-III / OG-II)
Reporting to: Incharge – Digital Fraud & Risk Monitoring
Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation from HEC-recognized institute
- Master’s degree/diploma/certification preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year in:
- ADC transactions settlement
- Dispute handling
- Fraud Monitoring or Risk Monitoring of digital transactions
Skills Required:
- Familiarity with fraud detection tools
- Strong ethics, detail-oriented
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to work in shifts and holidays
Responsibilities:
- Real-time digital transaction monitoring
- Fraud analysis & pattern detection
- Customer interaction for verification
- Issue resolution & coordination
- Ensuring compliance with fraud detection policies
