How to Apply for latest NICL Jobs?
- To attend office from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM on all working days and discharge his assigned duties.
- To ensure provision of medical facilities to all eligible employees and their entitled family members.
- To attend all emergency medical.
- To examine employees and wherever required refer them to hospitals and/or consultants.
- To scrutinize and endorse medical bills while ensuring strict vigilance over verification in line with company policy and avoid undue expenses.
- To carry out medical examination and issue fitness certificate of newly recruited employees of NICL.
- To examine and declare the fitness of an employee(s) ee(s) after recovery from the ailment where required.
- To keep a constant liaison and visit medical facilities on panels to ensure proper dispensation of medical treatment and due care extended to the eligible employees & entitled family members.
- To enlist new panel medical facilities and negotiate panel rates and/or revisions on as and when required basis.
- To ensure individual medical history record, especially in critical cases to avoid unnecessary diagnostics and reduce associated costs.
- To advise the management on healthcare safety and precautionary measures against outbreak of any infections, viral and/or contagious diseases.
- To provide strategic insights and recommendations based on industry healthcare trends to improve employee wellbeing and reduce undue medical expenses.
- The scope of work is not limited to NICL Lahore Office, but it also includes all related matters of respective branch offices.
- To perform any other functions relating to medical facility as may be assigned by the management.
- Apart from all the above, the CMO shall be available online and/or on telephone after the office hours to deal with emergency cases
- This appointment is purely on retainer-ship basis.
- This appointment can be terminated without assigning any reason by either party by giving one month’s notice of termination of service in writing or payment of one month’s retainer-ship amount in lieu thereof, or proportionate payment for the unexpired notice period.
- The Chief Medical Officer will neither be a permanent employee nor be an employee on contract basis or a contingent paid employee of NICL.
- Moreover his/her remuneration will not affect payroll but be accounted for as medical / administrative expenses where withholding tax is deducted instead of income tax.
