Appointment & Tenure
- Appointment is strictly on a retainership basis.

Termination Clause
- Either party may terminate the appointment with one month’s written notice or by paying one month’s retainer-ship amount (or proportion thereof).
Employment Status
- The CMO will not be a permanent, contractual, or contingent NICL employee.
- Compensation will be treated as administrative expense, subject to withholding tax (not income tax).
Job Duties
- Presence required for 03–05 hours daily during working days at NICL Lahore.
- Must reside in Lahore for 24/7 availability.
- Duties span across all NICL offices under Central Zone Lahore.
- Emergency availability via phone or online outside office hours.
