NPF Vacant Positions Details

1. Deputy Director (Engineering Works)

• Total Posts: 01
• Maximum Age: 40 Years
• Qualification & Experience:
  • B.Sc. Civil Engineering or equivalent (PEC Registered Professional Engineer).
  • Minimum 08 years of post-qualification experience in construction, project execution, Technical Sanction, implementation of public sector development projects, contract administration, and infrastructure development projects.
  • Candidates having prior experience in Government/Semi-Government and large-scale organizations with knowledge of Planning Commission Guidelines, PPRA, FIDIC, and project management tools will be preferred.

2. Assistant Director Works

• Total Posts: 01
• Maximum Age: 35 Years
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Master’s / Bachelor’s (16 years) Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 05 years of experience in Civil Works, Infrastructure, Housing / Real Estate Management experience with large-scale public or private housing schemes/projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
  • Mandatory Registration with PEC.

3. Assistant Director Procurement & Coordination

Terms and Conditions

• Contract Period: Appointments shall be made purely on a contract basis for an initial period of 02 years, extendable by 01 year at a time, subject to satisfactory performance, organizational requirement, and mutual consent.
• Degree & Registration Verification: Degrees/Certificates must be from HEC-recognized Universities/Institutes. Registration with PEC/Bar Council (where applicable) is mandatory.
• Experience Preference: Preference shall be given to candidates having relevant experience in NHA, CDA, Pak PWD, NESPAK, FWO, WAPDA, C&W Departments, Government/Public Sector, or Semi-Government organizations.
• Age Limit Calculation: Maximum age shall be calculated as on the closing date of application.
• Test/Interview Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for test/interview. No TA/DA shall be admissible.
