Job Opportunity: Managing Director – National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC)
The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) is seeking dynamic and experienced professionals for the prestigious role of Managing Director in MP-I Scale.
Qualifications & Experience:
Educational Requirements:
- Ph.D. in Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronic, ICT, or Computer System Engineering from an HEC-recognized institution or a reputable foreign university with 7 years of relevant professional experience.
- Master’s Degree in the related fields with 9 years of relevant professional experience.
Professional Competencies:
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in large ICT organizations.
- Expertise in managing large-scale ICT/Telecom projects, organizational transformation, and financial management.
- Strong familiarity with emerging ICT/Telecom technologies, national and international laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams in technical environments and implement strategic initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the vision and strategy of NTC, aligning with Federal Government policies.
- Lead the organization’s efforts in advancing E-Government Programs and Digital Pakistan Policy.
- Enhance infrastructure and processes to meet international standards and best practices.
- Ensure financial stability and optimal resource utilization.
- Drive customer satisfaction, service security, and efficient delivery.
Key Details:
- Upper Age Limit: 62 Years.
- Contract Period: Initial appointment for 3 years, extendable as per MP Scale Policy.
