How to Apply for Latest Charge Nurse Jobs?
- Appointment on Adhoc basis shall be subject to revocation at any time by the Competent Authority 2 Adhoc appointment, thus made shall not confer any right on the appointment in the matter of regular appointment to the same post nor shall the service be counted towards seniority in the grade
- The appointment on said post shall be governed by the Punjab Civil Servants Act, 1974 and any other service related rules made there under and orders relating to leave, traveling allowance, medical attendance, pay etc. as may be Issued by the Goverment from time to time.
- The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase / decrease the number of posts till the completion of the Adhoc recruitment process.
- The appointment is subject to verification of the character and antecedents by the concemed police authoris The appointment order is subject to verification of documental degrees from the Issuing Authority.
- In case the documents/degrees are found to be tempered or forged, the appointment shall be cancelled and all the salaries financial benefits drawn by the appointee shall be recovered and strict legal action shall also be taken
- Appointment shall be made on Adhoc basis upto one year or till the posting of regular incumbent, whichever is earlier.
Age relaxation in upper age limit shall be observed as per Govt of the Punjab, S&GAD Notification No. SORKS&GADIS-38/91, dated 08-08-2016 Le. 05 years for male and 8 years for Female candidates - Requisite qualification and experience against the post is available on the official website of SHC&ME Department and on the portal https:adhoc-shome.pshealthpunjab.gov.pk
