Position
Executive Director (HR)
Location: Head Office, Islamabad

Qualification & Experience
- Education: MBA (HR) or Master’s degree with a major in HRM or equivalent from a recognized university in Pakistan or abroad. A qualification in law will be an added advantage.
- Experience:
- At least 13 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a Head of Department role in a major or multinational organization.
- Preference for candidates with experience in the Oil & Gas sector or multinational organizations.
- Familiarity with service/employment laws and HR best practices is essential.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Age Limit
- Maximum: 50 years
Additional Requirements
- Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel and resign or seek retirement if selected.
- Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in Government or Autonomous organizations.
