How To Apply for University of Kamalia Jobs
- Online Application Deadline: January 6, 2025 (Monday).
- Applicants must apply online through the university’s official job portal.
- Challan Fee:
- Rs. 400 for BS-19 to BS-20.
- Rs. 250 for BS-15 to BS-17.
- Fee payment can be made via I-Link member bank’s ATM, mobile banking, internet banking, or in-person at I-Link bank branches.
- Hardcopy Submission Deadline: January 8, 2025 (Wednesday).
- Send a signed hardcopy of the filled online application form along with two recent passport-size photos, attested copies of CNIC, domicile, educational documents, and experience certificates to the Office of the Registrar, University of Kamalia (Former QAED Academy Building, Rajana Road, Kamalia, District Toba Tek Singh).
Special Instructions for Associate Professor Candidates
- Submit a soft copy of the complete application, including degrees, certificates, photos, and a full research publication record in PDF format on a USB, along with the hard copy.
General Instructions
- Applications submitted without the system-generated fee challan or after the deadline will not be entertained.
- Candidates applying for multiple posts must submit separate applications for each post.
- Only applications for non-teaching posts with Punjab domicile will be considered.
- Foreign degree holders must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the HEC.
- Degrees from HEC-recognized universities/institutions will be accepted.
For Government/Autonomous Employees
- Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Bodies must apply through proper channels.
- A No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the parent department is mandatory for application processing.
- If selected elsewhere during the application process, an updated NOC from the new employer is required.
Eligibility and Documentation
- Experience must be supported by valid documentation from entities registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or other regulatory authorities.
- Research papers must be published in HEC-recognized journals indexed in ISI, SCOPUS, or similar platforms.
- Review articles, case studies, and non-original research papers will not be considered.
Quotas and Special Cases
- Quotas will be observed as follows:
- 15% for women, as per Punjab Government rules.
- 5% for minorities.
- Special quotas for disabled persons.
- Age relaxation will be granted as per Punjab Government regulations.
Other Conditions
- Applications with incomplete or incorrect information will be rejected.
