- All appointments are purely on open contract basis with six months probation period.
- Jobs are non-pensionable with no long-term benefits and will not become permanent later.
- OTS will charge only 50% fee from applicants while remaining fee will be paid by LESCO.
- Only candidates who have completed their degree are eligible.
- Result awaiting candidates cannot apply.
- CGPA based degrees will be evaluated according to HEC conversion formula.
- Government and semi-government employees must apply through proper channel.
- NOC is mandatory before interview.
- All quotas will be observed according to rules.
- Relevant certifications and LESCO experience will be given preference.

- Separate application is required for each post.
- Minimum passing marks in written test are 50%.
