How to Apply for Latest Molaw Jobs?
- The Members shall be appointed for a period of three (03) years on a contract basis.
- The rules containing the eligibility criteria for the candidates are available on the website of the Ministry of Law & Justice www.molaw.gov.pk.
- Applications are to be submitted online on the prescribed form available at the Ministry of Law and Justice portal.
- Any format other than the online application form will not be entertained.
- Applications in the prescribed online application form must reach within fifteen
- days from the date of advertisement.
- Incomplete applications shall not be entertained.
- The Government servants and other Public Sector candidates are required to submit their applications “Through Proper Channel” by the due date.
- The written test will be conducted through a competitive examination by a designated institution/agency.
- Ministry of Law and Justice will shortlist the candidates based on the criteria specified in the rules.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
- Interviews of successful candidates will be conducted by the Selection Committee constituted under the Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (Appointments, Terms and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2024.
- The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased by the Ministry of Law and Justice for which no separate advertisement will be made.
