Batting Coach
Position Overview
The Batting Coach will be responsible for improving and enhancing the batting performance of players in the Pakistan Men’s National Cricket Team. The selected candidate will work closely with players and management to develop modern batting techniques, analyze performances, and implement international-standard coaching systems.
Required Education
- Minimum Level II Cricket Coaching Accreditation
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar cricket coaching role
- Experience with:
- Elite cricketers
- National teams
- Franchise teams
- International cricket teams
Required Competencies & Skills
- Excellent understanding of:
- Batting techniques
- Game analysis
- Player development
- Proven experience in:
- Monitoring and evaluating modern batting systems
