Women University Swabi invites applications for the vacant position of Project Director for its PSDP project titled “Strengthening of Women University Swabi (New Campus)”. This is a fixed-pay position for a duration of one year, extendable on satisfactory performance until the completion of the project.

Age Limit: Up to 55 years
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification:
- A first division degree (16 years of education) or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or Civil Engineering.
Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a University, Government organization, or Autonomous body at BPS-17 or equivalent or above.
- Preferably, 2 to 5 years of experience in senior/managerial positions in Planning, Project Management, and Civil Works-related projects.
- Basic knowledge of project management fundamentals, particularly in the Government of Pakistan’s PSDP project planning and management processes and procedures.
- Thorough knowledge of PMESIPAS (Project Monitoring and Evaluation System / Project Approval System) will be highly valued.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the monitoring and supervision of development projects in public sector universities, government organizations, or autonomous bodies.
