1. Read Important Instructions
Before applying online, carefully review the “Important Instructions regarding Application Fee, Written Test, Interview” available on the PPSC website: www.ppsc.gop.pk.
2. Age Concession Restrictions
Employees of the Federal Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Bodies of the Federal Government, and Local Bodies are not entitled to age relaxation for the duration of their service in these organizations.
3. Qualification Equivalence
- If you claim that your qualification is equivalent to the prescribed qualification, you must submit an Equivalence Certificate issued by:
- Higher Education Commission (H.E.C), or
- Qualification Equivalence Determination Committee (Q.E.D.C) of the relevant department.
- The Equivalence Certificate must be presented at the time of the interview or as requested by the Commission.
- Failure to provide the certificate will result in the cancellation of your application.
4. Experience in Private Firms/Entities
- For experience gained in private firms/entities, you must provide proof at the time of the interview that the organization is:
- Registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or any other Regulatory Authority.
- You must also provide documentation showing the firm’s registered status during the claimed period of experience.
- Failure to do so will result in the rejection of your application.
5. In-Service Candidates
- In-service candidates must ensure that they have obtained or applied for the No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective departments.
- The NOC must be submitted before the closing date or provided at the time of the interview, if called.
6. Registration with Regulatory Authorities
- Candidates must have obtained or applied for their Registration Certificate from relevant regulatory bodies such as:
- PEC, PNC, PMDC, PMC, PVMC, or others (as applicable).
- The certificate must be provided on or before the closing date or at the time of the interview.
7. Marks or Percentage Certificates
- Candidates must provide marks obtained, total marks, or percentage certificates for all degrees issued by the Competent Authority.
- CGPA is not acceptable and will not be considered.
