Vacant Positions
1. Research Assistant (RA – 18 Months)
- Must be a PhD Scholar in Management Sciences (HR, General Management, Finance, or Marketing).
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
- Strong command on Power BI, SmartPLS, and NVIVO.
- Certifications in data analytics and project management preferred.
- Capable of conducting FGDs, interviews, and related tasks.
- At least 1x publication in a reputed journal required.
2. Short-Term Project Personnel – I (3 Months)
- PhD (preferably in Management Sciences).
- Expertise in curriculum development.
- Skilled in data collection, analysis, and project report writing.
- Proven research track record.
3. Short-Term Project Personnel – II (3 Months)
- PhD (preferably in Management Sciences).
- Experience in digital skills training.
- Strong in LMS platform management and report writing.
4. Short-Term Project Personnel – III (3 Months)
- Minimum MS/PhD in a relevant field.
- Expertise in AI-driven dashboards, digital assessments, monitoring, evaluation, and report writing.
5. Short-Term Project Personnel – IV (3 Months)
MS/PhD with proven expertise in intellectual property rights filing and registration.
- Ability to prepare documentation for ownership, licensing, and commercialization.
