Officer NOC (Information Technology Group – Digital Transformation) — Lahore

Job Summary / Major Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily downtime reports from NMS.
- Coordinate with service providers and internal teams for new link deployments and relocation of existing links.
- Provide 24×7 network health surveillance and alarm reporting using monitoring/surveillance tools.
- Review and clean the ticket queue; ensure timely resolution and diligent follow-ups (email/phone).
- Troubleshoot network issues, including carrier route testing and QoS/RCA analysis.
- Isolate and resolve faults on routers/switches to achieve minimal MTTR; perform device configurations (routers/switches).
- SolarWinds NMS administration: node addition/modification, atlas/map maintenance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local/foreign institution.
- Experience: Up to 02 years (Banking or Non-Banking).
- Age: Up to 55 years as of September 04, 2025.
