Vacant Positions and Details
1. Operation Manager / Company Man
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor of Engineering (HEC recognized) with a minimum 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including at least 03 years in supervisory roles.
- OR F.Sc / 03 years DAE with 20 years of relevant experience, including at least 05 years in supervisory roles.
- Supervisory roles must include supervision in Drilling Superintendent / Driller / Tool Pusher / Night Tool Pusher / Company Man / Well Site Leader.
Key Expertise Required:
- Knowledge of safety protocols and commitment to safe work practices.
- Well-site supervision and monitoring during all phases of well execution.
- Expertise in:
- Directional / Horizontal Drilling
- High Pressure / Temperature Wells
- Loss Control in Highly Fractured Zones
- Stuck Pipe and Fishing
- Drilling of Wells with UBD / MPD Application
- Running & Cementing Liner Hangers
- Running Completion and Conducting DST Operation
- Well Control & Well Integrity Management
- Mud & Solids Control Equipment and Performance
Compensation:
- Rig-based position with market-competitive day rate.
2. Drilling Superintendent
Qualification & Experience:
- Same as Operation Manager/Company Man criteria.
Key Expertise Required:
- Identical expertise as outlined above for drilling operations, well control, and safety management.
Compensation:
- Monthly lump-sum compensation will be offered.
