Eligibility Criteria
A. Educational Qualifications:
Candidates must meet at least one of the following criteria:
- A graduate degree in Science, Engineering, Aviation Management, or related disciplines from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Membership in a recognized body of professional accountants.
- A degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution.
B. Work Experience:
- A minimum of 20 years of professional experience, preferably in the aviation sector, with expertise in areas such as aircraft operations, acquisition, sales, induction, and upgrades.
- At least 10 years of senior management experience in a reputable airline or aviation organization.
C. Age Limit:
- Minimum: 45 years
- Maximum: 62 years (as of 29th December 2024)
D. Tenure:
- Initial appointment will be for three (3) years on a contract basis, with the possibility of an extension based on performance.
E. Compensation Package:
- The selected candidate will receive a market-competitive salary and attractive fringe benefits.
F. Preference:
Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience as CEO of an international airline of comparable size or a proven track record in successfully turning around large organizations.
