Chief Internal Auditor
- Number of Posts: 01
- Maximum Age: 50 Years
- Qualification (any one of the following):
- Member of a recognized body of professional accountants
- Certified Internal Auditor
- Certified Fraud Examiner
- Certified Internal Control Auditor
- Master’s in Finance (HEC recognized)
- Experience Required:
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience
- At least 5 years in Public Sector Companies
- Proven ability to work with Boards & Committees
- Strong communication skills
- Mineral industry experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the internal audit function independently
- Evaluate financial, credit, and operational activities
- Ensure financial resources are managed effectively
- Formulate and execute internal audit programs
- Prepare analytical audit reports and recommendations
- Coordinate with external and commercial auditors
- Conduct special investigations on Board/Audit Committee directions
- Develop and mentor a competent audit team
