Vacant Position Details
General Manager – Rangers Security Guard (RSG)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute operational strategies and internal policies
- Ensure compliance with organizational and legal standards
- Monitor performance and team output
- Lead, develop, and train high-performing security personnel
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate or Postgraduate from an HEC-recognized university/institute
- Security management or military organization certificate preferred
- Retired Brigadier / Colonel or equivalent from Pakistan Army, Navy, or PAF
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in a leadership or operations role
- Experience in a renowned private or government security company will be preferred
