What this initiative offers

How to Apply

  1. Check course details & eligibility
    • Visit the official online registration portal: nsis.navttc.gov.pk or www.nsis.navttc.gov.pk.
    • Scan the QR code on the printed advertisement (if provided) to go directly to the online application page.
  2. Create profile & choose course/center
    • Register an account on the NSIS portal, complete your personal details, choose your preferred course and training center, and upload required documents.
  3. Required documents to upload (typical list)
    • Scanned copy of CNIC / National Identity Card (or B-Form where applicable).
    • Academic certificates (Matric, Intermediate, Bachelor’s, etc.) — scanned and legible.
    • Passport (for children of overseas Pakistanis) — if applicable.
    • Proof of overseas parentage (for Overseas Pakistanis’ children) — as specified on portal/OPF guidance.

  • Course Fees: Courses are free under this Prime Minister’s special initiative.
  • Duration: Courses run for 3 to 6 months, depending on the course.
  • Eligibility & Age: Applicants must meet course-specific educational requirements and the general age limit (18–40 years).
  • Overseas Pakistanis’ children — mandatory documents: Applicants who are children of overseas Pakistanis must separately submit the following documents (scanned and uploaded during online registration or as instructed):
    • Immigration registration / passport stamp (showing immigration entry/registration), and/or proof of permanent / indefinite visa status where applicable.
    • Valid work visa or valid/appropriate residency visa documentation if they are applying from abroad.
    • Dual-nationality passport (if applicable).
    • Any further proof requested by OPF/NAVTTC to verify overseas parent status.
  • Selection / Seats: Seat allocation, shortlisting, and admissions are administered by NAVTTC / partner training centers and OPF as applicable. Availability of specific courses at specific centers is subject to seat capacity.
  • Start Dates & Schedules: Exact start dates, timings, and batch allocations will be communicated to shortlisted candidates by the respective training centers / NAVTTC.
  • Certificate: On successful completion, participants will receive certification as per NAVTTC standards.
  • Application Deadline: 15 September 2025 (applications received after this date may not be considered).
