Position: Team Lead (Digital Transformation)
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the IT team, aligning technology initiatives with organizational goals.
- Oversee the planning, customization, and seamless integration of ERP systems with core business processes to optimize efficiency and data integrity.
- Ensure the stability, scalability, and reliability of the organization’s IT infrastructure.
- Develop and manage cybersecurity frameworks to protect IT assets and sensitive data.
- Establish and maintain IT policies and governance frameworks to support business transformation.
- Lead the development and implementation of digital transformation strategies to enhance business operations and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technology needs across the organization.
- Manage the IT budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for organizational priorities.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities (SKA):
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing IT teams.
- Expertise in business automation, digital transformation, and process optimization.
- Proven track record in ERP implementation, digital inclusion strategies, product development, and ensuring accessibility.
- Ability to manage large-scale IT projects with measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s (16-years Education) or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a reputable national or multinational organization.
- Relevant certifications and training in IT or related fields are an advantage.
