Qualification & Experience
Candidates must possess:
- LLB degree or equivalent (minimum 2nd Division) from an HEC-recognized university, with one of the following:
Option 1:
- Minimum 5 years’ practice as an Advocate in High Court
- Preferably 2 years’ experience with government agencies or law firms
OR
Option 2:
- Minimum 3 years’ practice as an Advocate in High Court if holding a post-graduate degree in Law
- Preferably 2 years’ experience with government agencies or law firms
📌 Note: Practical experience must be acquired after the prescribed qualification.
Age Limit
- Male: 30 to 40 + 05 years = 45 years
- Female: 30 to 40 + 08 years = 48 years
