Individual Operators
- Must hold a valid LTV/HTV driving license.
- Age between 21–55 years.
- One applicant can only submit one application.
- Special quota for women (40%) and men (30–50% depending on fleet size).
- Applicants will choose from pre-approved vehicles available on the portal.
- Govt. of Punjab will contribute a special subsidy toward the down payment.
- Financing available for vehicles up to Rs. 65 lakh; if price exceeds, applicant will cover the additional amount.
Fleet / Corporate Sector Operators
- Must apply for a minimum of 10 vehicles.
- Eligible for the same facilities: interest-free loan, subsidy, free registration, token tax exemption.
- Equity contribution required; balance financed through the scheme.
