1) Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Number of Positions: 01
Maximum Age: 62 Years
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Preference for Master’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Management, or Business/Project Management from an HEC-recognized university
- 20 years post-qualification experience in the power sector
- At least 5 years experience at senior management level, either as CEO or directly reporting to the CEO
- Preference for experience in transmission utilities, contract management, regulatory affairs, and tariff matters
- Hiring must meet “Fit and Proper” criteria under Public Sector Companies (Appointment of CEO) Guidelines, 2015
2) Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Number of Positions: 01
Maximum Age: 50 Years
Qualification & Experience:
- Member of a recognized body of professional accountants with at least 5 years relevant experience (for public sector companies with assets of Rs. 5 billion or more), OR
- Master’s degree in Finance from an HEC-recognized university with at least 10 years relevant experience (for other public sector companies)

3) General Manager Technical

Qualification & Experience:
