  • Visit www.phc.org.pk to apply online and download the challan form.
  • Deposit the non-refundable application fee:
    • Rs. 2,000 for positions Sr. 1–4
    • Rs. 1,000 for positions Sr. 5–16
  • Upload the scanned copy of the paid challan form along with the online application.
  • Internal and (Semi) Government employees must apply through proper channel and attach a fresh NOC.

Terms and Conditions

  1. PHC reserves the right to reject any application or increase/decrease the number of positions.
  2. Only online applications with complete documents will be accepted.
  3. The deadline for submission is August 13, 2025.
  4. Shortlisted candidates may be required to take an aptitude/computer assessment test.
  5. No TA/DA will be admissible for interviews/tests.
  6. Incomplete/deficient applications will not be considered.
