How to Apply for latest Punjab Higher Education Department Jobs?
- Detailed Eligibility criteria and application proforma for the position of Chairperson PHEC is available at www.hed.punjab.gov.pk.
- The Search Committee will interview only top 25 eligible candidates on merit, if the total number of eligible candidates exceeds the same.
- The Chairperson PHEC shall be appointed for a term of four years.
- The incumbent will be entitled for a maximum of MP-I Scale as basic salary and other fringe benefits as per approval the Controlling Authority as per provisions of PHEC Act 2014.
- Interested professionals are requested to apply for the positions on the prescribed pro-forma available at www.hed.punjab.gov.pk. The pro-forma should be accompanied by the following documents:
- Certified copies of CV/educational certificates / degrees / diplomas.
- Details of certified teaching and administrative experience in the form of Experience Certificate duly issued by the concerned Registrar/ Admin Office/ HR Office.
- Notifications of postings shall not be accepted.
- List of HEC recognized research publications.
- Certified copies of first page and index of recognized journals.
- Three recent passport size photographs.
- The applications on the prescribed pro-forma, along with the supporting documents and Resume, should be addressed to the Secretary Higher Education Department, Old DPI Building, New Anarkali, Lahore.
- Seven extra copies of filled in prescribed pro-forma only must also accompany the main application. Last date for the submission of applications is 22 March 2025.
- The application, complete in all respects and supported with all documents, must reach the Higher Education Department before the close of office hours on the last date of submission.
- Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
