Punjab Police has officially announced new job opportunities under Punjab Police Jobs April 2025 for various positions including Constables, Lady Constables, Constable Dolphin Squad, Driver Constables, and Traffic Assistants. Recruitment is being conducted for Basic Pay Scale (BPS-07) posts across multiple districts with attractive allowances. Eligible candidates who meet the physical, educational, and age criteria can apply by submitting applications to their respective District Police Lines between 28 April 2025 and 12 May 2025. All candidates must strictly follow the terms, conditions, and required procedures to ensure eligibility. Punjab Police Vacant Positions and Eligibility Criteria
1. Constable & Lady Constable
- Available in: Kasur, Rawalpindi, Murree, Jhelum, Attock, Chakwal
- Age: 18-22 years
- Height:
- Male: 5 feet 7 inches
- Female: 5 feet 2 inches
- Chest (Male only): Minimum 33-34.5 inches
- Education: Matriculation with Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) from recognized board
- Physical Test:
- Male: 1.6 km race in 7 minutes
- Female: 1.6 km race in 10 minutes
- Domicile: Must belong to the relevant district
2. Constable Dolphin Squad
- Available in: Murree District only
- Age: 18-22 years
- Height:
- Male: 5 feet 7 inches
- Female: 5 feet 2 inches
- Chest (Male only): Minimum 33-34.5 inches
- Education: Matriculation with Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC)
- Physical Test:
- Male: 1.6 km race in 7 minutes

3. Driver Constable
- Available in: Murree District only
- Age: 21-30 years
- Height:

- Education: Matriculation with Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC)
- Other Requirements:
- Valid LTV driving license
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience
- Driving skill and body language test will be conducted
- Physical Test:
- Male: 1.6 km race in 7 minutes
- Female: 1.6 km race in 10 minutes
- Domicile: Must belong to the relevant district
4. Traffic Assistant
- Available in: Rawalpindi and Murree Districts
- Age: 18-22 years
- Height:
- Male: 5 feet 7 inches
- Female: 5 feet 2 inches
- Chest (Male only): Minimum 33-34.5 inches
- Education: Matriculation with Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC)
- Other Requirements:
- Vision must not be worse than 6/9
- Near vision not less than 1.5
- Domicile: Must belong to the relevant district

How to Apply for Punjab Police Jobs April 2025
- Download the application form from the official website: punjabpolice.gov.pk.
- Submit the completed application form along with attested copies of all necessary documents and Rs. 300 (non-refundable) to your respective District Police Line from 28 April 2025 to 12 May 2025.
- Only those candidates who have a domicile of the concerned district where the vacancies exist are eligible to apply.
Terms and Conditions
- No relaxation in height, chest, educational qualification, or age will be given.
- Employees of government/semi-government institutions must apply with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department.
- 5% quota is reserved for minorities.
- 15% quota is reserved for women for Constable recruitment (no women quota for Traffic Assistant).
- 10% quota for ex-servicemen/serving employees applies only to Constable posts.
- For ex-servicemen:
- Army service years can be deducted from current age; maximum eligible age should be under 40 years.
- Candidate must not have retired more than 2 years ago.
- Candidates involved in criminal activities (corruption, murder, robbery, drugs, terrorism, etc.) are not eligible.
- Candidates will undergo:
- Physical measurement (height, chest)
- Race
- Driving test (only for Driver Constables)
- Written test
- Interview
- For claiming additional marks based on police service background, attach related documents (like pension book, retirement orders, etc.).
- Candidates must submit an affidavit that they are not involved or named in any FIR. Submitting a false affidavit will lead to disqualification and legal action.
- If any document (educational certificate, domicile, CNIC, medical certificate) is found fake at any stage, the recruitment will be canceled, and legal action will be taken.
- Only candidates with complete applications will proceed for physical measurement.
- No TA/DA will be provided for any stage of recruitment.
- Physical measurements will be conducted at the concerned District Police Line.
- Candidates qualifying for more than one post in Rawalpindi and Murree must choose one position and submit an affidavit before the interview.
- Punjab Police reserves the right to cancel or modify the recruitment process partially or fully at any time.
