Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Education:
Minimum 16 years of education or a Master’s degree in MBA/M.Com with specialization in Finance, Financial Management, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration from an HEC-recognized or foreign university.
Professional certifications such as CFA, CA, ACMA, or ACCA are highly desirable. - Experience:
- 5–7 years of post-qualification experience in financial management, accounting, or investment management.
- Preferably experienced in the non-profit, foundation, or charitable sector.
- Expertise in fund management, budgeting, financial planning, and investment analysis.
- Hands-on experience in preparing and managing financial audits and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
Additional Information:
- Candidates must be domiciled in Punjab.
- This is a contract-based position, and there is no entitlement to claim permanent status.
