  • Required Qualification and Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Humanities & Social Sciences group / Mass Communication, Media Studies, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Professional certifications in digital marketing, media, or corporate communications are a plus and will be preferred.
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in communication, media, or public relations.
  • Core Competencies & Experience required in:
    • Developing and implementing communication strategies.
    • Media relations, public affairs, and stakeholder engagement.
    • Internal and external communications campaigns.
    • Corporate communication and branding.
    • Social media management and digital campaigns.
    • Content creation for websites, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Required Abilities:
    • Ability to plan and execute communication campaigns.
    • Ability to draft and edit speeches, articles, and media content.
    • Ability to monitor and report on communication effectiveness.
  • Software Proficiency:
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    • Diploma or certification in Aviation, Electronics, Photography/Videography, Surveying, or a related field.
    • Solid understanding of drone flight operations, navigation, and safety procedures.
    • Experienced in conducting pre-flight checks, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
    • Proficient in aerial photography and videography techniques.
  • Required Abilities:
    • Ability to operate drones under various weather conditions.
    • Ability to capture high-quality images and videos from aerial perspectives.
    • Ability to conduct aerial surveys, mapping, or inspections as required.
  • Software Proficiency:
    • Proficient in drone control and navigation apps/software.
    • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro for post-processing work.
    • Proficient in GIS software (ArcGIS, Pix4D, Drone Deploy) if used for mapping/surveying purposes.
