Shalamar Institute of Health Sciences (SIHS), comprising Shalamar Hospital, Shalamar Medical and Dental College, Shalamar Nursing College, and Shalamar School of Allied Health Sciences, invites applications for the following positions:
1. Associate Professor
- Specialization: Community Medicine
2. Assistant Professor
- Specializations:
- Community Medicine
- Histopathology
3. Assistant Medical Director
- Qualification: MBBS with a Postgraduate Degree in Health Management/Business Management (or equivalent from HEC recognized university).
- Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role within a tertiary healthcare setup. Non-medical professionals with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Proficiency in communication, computer literacy, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Role: The selected candidate will work in rotation with other Assistant Medical Directors (AMDs).
4. Senior Staff Nurse/Team Leader
- Qualification:
- B.Sc. Nursing 4-Year/Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery/Post Basic Specialization with B.Sc. Nursing (Post RN 2-Year), or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a tertiary care hospital preferred.
5. Staff Nurse
- Qualification:
- B.Sc. Nursing 4-Year/Post RN 2-Year/Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery/Post Basic Specialization, or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in a tertiary care hospital preferred.
