1. Visiting Instructor – CTH Level 2 Certificate in Hospitality Practice (01 Post)
- Course Subjects: Housekeeping, Food & Beverages, Front Office
- Qualification & Experience:
- Professional Degree/Diploma/Certificate in relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of strong teaching/industry experience.
- Practical hotel industry and kitchen demonstration experience preferred.
2. Visiting Instructor – CTH Level 2 Diploma in Culinary Skills (02 Posts)
- Qualification & Experience:
- Professional Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts or related field.
- At least 2 years of industry/teaching experience.
- Strong hands-on cooking skills and kitchen demonstration expertise preferred.
3. Visiting Instructor – CTH Level 2 Certificate in Professional Restaurant Front of House Service (01 Post)
Qualification & Experience:
- Relevant professional Degree/Diploma/Certificate.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in restaurant front-of-house or teaching.
