Position:
Team Leader – Customer Profile Updation (Grade: OG-1/AVP)
Location: Lahore
Positions Available: 02
Job Summary / Major Responsibilities:
- Ensure processing of requests uploaded on the CPU portal in Flexcube system as per the provided documents.
- Scrutinize and process requests, entry/authorization in the core banking system in line with SOPs, Circulars, and regulatory guidelines within TAT.
- Support Senior Manager and Unit Head by managing daily workload and coordination with other staff.
- Respond to queries and resolve issues from branches and other departments to ensure timely processing.
- Ensure quality, efficiency, and prompt services for internal and external customers.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in banking.
- Age: Up to 55 years as of December 21, 2024.
