- The detailed TORs can be downloaded from the University website www.uhs.edu.pk.
- The Individual Consultant shall be selected based on qualifications and experience.Eligible Consultants may apply along with the following documents: (a) CV (b) Copy of CNIC (c) Recent passport size photograph. (d) Attested copies of academic qualifications. (e) Evidence of relevant experience.
- The expression of interest, financial proposal, and above-mentioned documents in a sealed envelope can be put into the Tender Box placed at Reception Desk of UHS, Lahore till 13.08.2024 by 2:00 PM.
- The dossier will be opened at 02:30 PM on the same day by the Tender Committee in the presence of the applicants.
- The financial proposals should be submitted separately in a sealed envelope.
- Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for an interview.
- No TA/DA will be paid for the interview.
