- Attested copies of degrees, transcripts, and experience certificates
- CNIC copy & recent passport-size photograph
- Valid PEC registration (for engineering degrees)
- Original fee deposit receipt (Rs. 5,000 for BPS-20 & above, Rs. 4,000 for BPS-18 & 19)
- Applications must be submitted to the R&I Cell, UET Taxila, before 25 September 2025 (Thursday).
- Applicants for Professor & Associate Professor must also submit the Research Profile Proforma (Annexure-A) in hard copy with the application and email a soft copy to hr@uettaxila.edu.pk before the deadline.
- Separate applications and bank receipts are required if applying for multiple posts.
Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility will be determined as per HEC criteria (available at: HEC Faculty Appointment Criteria).
- Only shortlisted candidates meeting the criteria will be called for test/interview.
- In-service candidates must apply through proper channel with a valid NOC.
- Age relaxation may be considered as per university/government rules.
- Defined Contribution Pension Scheme (DCPS) will apply to selected candidates.
- Quotas for Minorities, Disabled Persons, and Women will be observed as per rules.
- Incomplete applications, those without the required fee, or those submitted after the deadline will be rejected.
- Any candidate found submitting fake/incorrect documents will be disqualified immediately.
- The university reserves the right to increase, decrease, or withdraw any post without assigning a reason.
- For regular appointments, the probation period may extend up to 4 years in case of unsatisfactory performance.
