- Submit hard copy of the application form (signed printout of online form) with:
- Two passport-size photographs
- Attested copies of CNIC, domicile, all educational documents, experience certificates
- Through courier to Registrar Office, University of Kamalia, Rajana Road, Kamalia before 18th September 2025.
- Candidates applying for Professor posts must also submit a soft copy of the complete application along with degrees and publications.

- Only Punjab domicile holders are eligible for non-teaching posts.
- Incomplete, late, or fee-unpaid applications will not be considered.
- Deposited fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Candidates applying for multiple posts must submit separate applications and fee.
- Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous employees must apply through proper channel with NOC.
- Foreign degree holders must submit HEC equivalence certificate.
- Only HEC recognized universities/institutions’ degrees will be accepted.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview (no TA/DA).
