- Applicants from all over Pakistan, Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) and Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) are eligible to apply.
- Only degrees awarded by HEC-recognized universities and degree-awarding institutions will be considered.
- Candidates holding foreign degrees must submit an equivalence certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) with their application.
- Applicants currently working in government, semi-government or autonomous organizations must apply through the proper channel.
