Research Assistant (PhD Scholar)
- No. of positions: 2
- Remuneration: Rs. 40,000 per month
- Eligibility / Requirements:
- Must be enrolled in a PhD program at the University of Sargodha in Management Sciences, Economics, or Social Sciences.
- Strong research skills in both qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Proficiency in SPSS and SmartPLS.
- Strong academic writing and referencing skills.
- Ability to assist with literature review, data collection, data analysis, and academic reporting.
Research Assistant (MS/MPhil Scholar)

- Remuneration: Rs. 20,000 per month
- Eligibility / Requirements:
- Must be enrolled at the University of Sargodha in an MS / MPhil program in Management, Economics, or Social Sciences.
- Basic knowledge of research methods.
- Good writing and data entry skills.

- Experience in research projects will be preferred.
- Expected to take lead roles in data processing, cleaning, analysis, report drafting, and potentially supervising MS/MPhil assistants.
Project Responsibilities (applies across positions)
- Assist in designing and administering surveys, interviews, and other data collection tools.
- Perform data entry, cleaning, and preliminary analysis.
- Support use of statistical and structural-equation modeling tools (SPSS, SmartPLS) where required.
- Contribute to literature reviews, drafting sections of reports, and preparing presentation materials.
- Maintain accurate records of research materials and follow ethical protocols as required by the university and HEC.
