Terms and Conditions / General Information
- Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for Test / Interview.
- Prescribed Form: Applications must strictly be submitted on the prescribed form downloaded from
www.su.edu.pk. - Complete Documents: Candidates for all positions are required to fill the application form and submit it along with complete C.V. and attested copies of testimonials.
- Photograph Requirement: Two most recent passport-size photographs should be affixed on each application.
- Foreign Degrees: Foreign degree holders must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
- Processing Fee: Non-refundable processing fee slip/challan must be deposited in HBL A/C No. 00427991777803 (Collection Account, University of Sargodha).
- In-Service Candidates: Candidates already in service of a Government/Semi-Government Department or an Autonomous Body must apply through proper channel by the closing date; otherwise, their applications shall not be entertained.
- Deadline Strictness: Applications received after the closing date (24.08.2026) may not be entertained, even if posted before the closing date.
- Incomplete Applications: Incomplete applications may not be entertained.
- False Information: In case any information provided by the candidate in his/her application form is found to be incorrect or false at any stage, he/she will be disqualified and action will be taken under the Rules.
- Tenure: This hiring would be for initially for one semester and may be continued subject to performance and requirement for the next semester (maximum one academic year). However, same may be discontinued at any time on the recommendations of concerned Chairperson.
- Hourly Compensation Rates: Payment shall be made on per hour basis as per approved rates:

- University Rights: The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the post(s) according to the need of the departments and reserves the right not to fill/withdraw any post/withhold the appointment against any advertised post without assigning any reason.
