Subjects: Housekeeping, Food & Beverages, Front Office
Qualification & Experience:
- Professional Degree/Diploma/Certificate in relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of strong teaching/industry experience
- Hands-on kitchen demonstration and hotel industry skills will be preferred
Visiting Instructor (02 Posts) – CTH Level 2 Diploma in Culinary Skills
Qualification & Experience:
- Professional qualification in Culinary Arts or relevant field
- At least 2 years of teaching/industry experience in cooking and food preparation
Visiting Instructor (01 Post) – CTH Level 2 Certificate in Professional Restaurant Front of House Service
Qualification & Experience:
- Relevant professional qualification in Hospitality/Restaurant Management
- Minimum 2 years of teaching/industry experience in front office or restaurant service
