- 20 years overall experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Training Management
- Human Resource Development
- Must include at least 03 years experience at a Senior Management Position

Pay Package
- Serving Employees:
- Last pay drawn plus perks & privileges of BPS-20 as per rules
- Retired Employees:
- Lump Sum Rs. 675,000/- per month
- WAPDA vehicle provided
Tenure
- Initial appointment for 03 years
- Includes 06 months probation
- Extendable based on satisfactory performance and organizational requirement
- No consideration for regularization at any stage
