General Manager – Educational Institutes (Training & Education)

  • BPS: 20 (Equivalent)
  • Quota: Open Merit
  • Age Limit (Maximum): 62 Years

Minimum Qualification

  • Master’s Degree or above
  • From HEC-recognized University

Experience Requirements

  • 20 years overall experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Training Management
    • Human Resource Development
  • Must include at least 03 years experience at a Senior Management Position

    • Armed Forces Officers

Core Competencies & Skills

  • Strategic vision to formulate training and educational policies & procedures
  • Ability to manage multiple training institutes / schools across Pakistan
  • Expertise in implementing modern training programs, curricula, and evaluation systems
  • Oversight of faculty development, budgeting, and administrative matters
  • Ensuring quality assurance, accreditation standards, and performance monitoring
  • Strong analytical, planning, and critical thinking skills for institutional development

Pay Package

  • Serving Employees:
    • Last pay drawn plus perks & privileges of BPS-20 as per rules
  • Retired Employees:
    • Lump Sum Rs. 675,000/- per month
    • WAPDA vehicle provided

Tenure

  • Initial appointment for 03 years
  • Includes 06 months probation
  • Extendable based on satisfactory performance and organizational requirement
  • No consideration for regularization at any stage
