• Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized university.
• Experience: At least 12 years in Islamic Banking.
• Responsibilities:
  • Marketing of Islamic Banking products/services to achieve business targets.
  • Customer growth, portfolio quality, and revenue enhancement.
  • Preparing and implementing business development plans.

4. Shariah Scholar / Product & Policy Management – AVP-I/AVP (01 Post)

• Qualification:
  • Shahadat ul Aalamiyyah (Dars-e-Nizami) with 70% marks + Bachelor’s degree OR
  • Postgraduate in Kuliyyatush Shariah / Usooluddin / LLM (Shariah) with GPA 3.0 or above.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in teaching/research in Islamic Banking, Finance, or Fiqh ul Muamalat. Candidates with Takhasus fil Fiqh / Takhasus fil Ifta certification will be preferred.
• Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Shariah compliance in all products, policies, and manuals.
  • Research, review, and critical analysis of Islamic Banking products.
  • Liaison with Shariah Board, SBP, and regulatory bodies for compliance approvals.
