- Reporting To:
- Divisional Head – International Compliance Division (Functional Reporting)
- Branch Manager (Administrative Reporting)
- Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation from HEC recognized university/institute.
- Master’s degree and/or relevant professional certifications preferred.
- Experience:
- At least 5 years of banking experience in the relevant field.
- Skills/Expertise Required:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Good understanding of banking operations, SBP regulations, and banking law.
- Ability to meet deadlines, handle compliance reporting, and risk assessment.
- Team player with goal-oriented mindset.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with branch policies, regulations, and SBP requirements.
- Oversee compliance programs, internal risk assessment, and suspicious activity monitoring.
- Submit periodic compliance reports and coordinate with auditors and regulators.
- Highlight compliance gaps, ensure corrective actions, and escalate issues to HO.
- Develop/update branch compliance program and IRAR.
- Manage regulatory conflicts between home and host countries.
- Perform additional assignments as directed by supervisors.
